Orbit Pop (the “App”) is developed and published by TikiTuka Games (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request you can contact us at tikituka.games@gmail.com.
Orbit Pop does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email or any other personal information, and does not collect personal data for its own purposes. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device. The App shows advertising provided by Google AdMob, a third-party service that may process certain device data as described below.
We do not collect, transmit or store any personal data on our own servers. The App stores the following information locally on your device only: game statistics (scores, best score, games played), unlocked cosmetics, and preferences such as language, sound, music and haptics settings. This data never leaves your device through us and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App displays banner ads, native ads and optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process data such as: your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only with your permission — see Section 5), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device model and operating system, and ad interaction data (views, taps).
How this data is used depends on your choices: with consent, ads may be personalized; without consent, Google serves non-personalized ads which still use limited data (such as IP address) for frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregate reporting.
Google's handling of this data is described in: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses data in AdMob and Google partner sites policy.
We only share data with third parties (Google AdMob) that are contractually required to protect your data to a standard at least equal to this policy and to applicable law, including the App Store Review Guidelines.
On first launch the App asks for permission to track via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you tap Allow, the advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to serve personalized ads. If you tap Ask App Not to Track, the IDFA is not accessed and ads are non-personalized. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App; uninstalling the App permanently removes it. We hold no copy. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's retention policies. To exercise deletion rights over data held by Google, you can use the tools at Google My Ad Center or contact Google directly; for any assistance you can also write to us at the address above.
You can revoke tracking consent in iOS Settings (see Section 5), reset your device advertising identifier in iOS Settings, and limit ad personalization through Google's tools linked above. For any other request, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are configured through Google AdMob's standard tools. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, contact us and we will assist in its deletion.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali). The legal bases for ad-related processing are your consent (personalized ads) and legitimate interest (non-personalized ads, fraud prevention). Since we do not hold personal data ourselves, we will assist you in directing requests to Google where applicable.
We do not sell personal information. Third-party advertising as described above may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA; you can opt out by declining tracking (Section 5). California residents may exercise their rights by contacting us at the email above.
Google may transfer data to servers located outside your country, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. The current version is always available at the URL of this page.

Non raccogliamo, trasmettiamo né conserviamo dati personali su nostri server. L'App memorizza le seguenti informazioni esclusivamente in locale sul tuo dispositivo: statistiche di gioco (punteggi, record, partite giocate), cosmetici sbloccati e preferenze come lingua, suoni, musica e vibrazione. Questi dati non lasciano mai il dispositivo tramite noi e vengono eliminati disinstallando l'App.
L'App mostra banner, annunci nativi e video premiati facoltativi tramite Google AdMob, un servizio di Google LLC. Per erogare e misurare gli annunci, Google può raccogliere e trattare dati quali: identificatore pubblicitario del dispositivo (IDFA, solo con il tuo permesso — vedi Sezione 5), indirizzo IP, posizione approssimativa derivata dall'IP, modello del dispositivo e sistema operativo, dati di interazione con gli annunci (visualizzazioni, tocchi).
L'uso di questi dati dipende dalle tue scelte: con il consenso gli annunci possono essere personalizzati; senza consenso Google mostra annunci non personalizzati, che utilizzano comunque dati limitati (come l'indirizzo IP) per il controllo della frequenza, la prevenzione delle frodi e i report aggregati.

Condividiamo dati solo con terze parti (Google AdMob) contrattualmente tenute a proteggerli con uno standard almeno pari a questa informativa e alla normativa applicabile, incluse le App Store Review Guidelines.
Al primo avvio l'App chiede il permesso di tracciamento tramite il framework App Tracking Transparency di Apple. Se scegli Consenti, l'identificatore pubblicitario (IDFA) può essere usato per annunci personalizzati. Se scegli Chiedi all'app di non tracciare, l'IDFA non viene letto e gli annunci sono non personalizzati. Puoi cambiare la scelta in qualsiasi momento in Impostazioni iOS → Privacy e sicurezza → Tracciamento.
I dati di gioco locali restano sul dispositivo finché non elimini l'App; la disinstallazione li rimuove definitivamente. Noi non ne conserviamo copia. I dati trattati da Google AdMob sono conservati secondo le politiche di conservazione di Google. Per esercitare i diritti di cancellazione sui dati detenuti da Google puoi usare gli strumenti di Google Il mio centro per gli annunci o contattare Google; per assistenza puoi anche scriverci all'indirizzo sopra indicato.
Puoi revocare il consenso al tracciamento nelle Impostazioni iOS (vedi Sezione 5), reimpostare l'identificatore pubblicitario del dispositivo nelle Impostazioni iOS e limitare la personalizzazione degli annunci tramite gli strumenti Google sopra indicati. Per ogni altra richiesta scrivici via email: risponderemo entro 30 giorni.
L'App non è rivolta a minori di 13 anni (o all'età minima equivalente nella tua giurisdizione) e non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati personali di minori. Gli annunci sono configurati tramite gli strumenti standard di Google AdMob. Se ritieni che un minore abbia fornito dati personali tramite l'App, contattaci e ti assisteremo nella loro eliminazione.
Se ti trovi nell'UE/SEE hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione e opposizione al trattamento dei tuoi dati personali, diritto alla portabilità e diritto di reclamo all'autorità di controllo (in Italia, il Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali). Le basi giuridiche del trattamento pubblicitario sono il consenso (annunci personalizzati) e il legittimo interesse (annunci non personalizzati, prevenzione frodi). Poiché non deteniamo direttamente dati personali, ti assisteremo nell'indirizzare le richieste a Google ove applicabile.
Non vendiamo informazioni personali. La pubblicità di terze parti sopra descritta può costituire “condivisione” per pubblicità comportamentale cross-context ai sensi del CPRA; puoi rifiutarla negando il tracciamento (Sezione 5). These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Orbit Pop (the “App”), developed and published by TikiTuka Games (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. These Terms are concluded between you and TikiTuka Games only — not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). TikiTuka Games, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your private, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the App; reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract its source code (except to the extent permitted by applicable law); use the App in any unlawful manner; or interfere with the advertising served in the App, including through fraudulent ad interactions.
The App is free and supported by advertising (banner, native and rewarded video ads) served by Google AdMob. Watching rewarded videos is always optional and grants temporary in-game benefits only (e.g. extra lives, bonus power-ups). In-game benefits, scores and cosmetics have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. The App contains no in-app purchases.
TikiTuka Games is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App, as specified in these Terms or required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. For support, contact tikituka.games@gmail.com.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, TikiTuka Games is solely responsible for it. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of TikiTuka Games.
TikiTuka Games, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
The App, including its code, graphics, name, logo, sounds and music, is owned by TikiTuka Games or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, TikiTuka Games, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such claim.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App. The App uses Google AdMob, whose use is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You and TikiTuka Games acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TikiTuka Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them; upon termination you must cease all use of the App and delete it. We may withdraw or update the App at any time.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence where required by law, and otherwise of the competent Italian courts.

Scaricando o utilizzando l'App accetti questi Termini. I Termini sono conclusi esclusivamente tra te e TikiTuka Games — non con Apple Inc. (“Apple”). TikiTuka Games, e non Apple, è l'unica responsabile dell'App e dei suoi contenuti.
Ti concediamo una licenza personale, limitata, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per usare l'App a fini privati e non commerciali su qualsiasi dispositivo a marchio Apple che possiedi o controlli, secondo le Regole d'Uso previste nei Termini e Condizioni dei Servizi Media di Apple, fermo restando che l'App può essere usata da altri account a te associati tramite "In famiglia" o acquisti multipli.
Non puoi: copiare, modificare, distribuire, vendere, noleggiare o concedere in sublicenza l'App; effettuare reverse engineering, decompilare o tentare di estrarne il codice sorgente (salvo quanto consentito dalla legge applicabile); usare l'App in modo illecito; interferire con la pubblicità mostrata nell'App, anche tramite interazioni fraudolente con gli annunci.
L'App è gratuita e sostenuta dalla pubblicità (banner, annunci nativi e video premiati) erogata da Google AdMob. La visione dei video premiati è sempre facoltativa e concede solo benefici temporanei di gioco (es. vite extra, potenziamenti bonus). Benefici di gioco, punteggi e cosmetici non hanno valore monetario, non sono convertibili in denaro o beni e possono essere modificati o rimossi in qualsiasi momento. L'App non contiene acquisti in-app.
TikiTuka Games è l'unica responsabile della manutenzione e dell'assistenza relative all'App, come previsto dai presenti Termini o richiesto dalla legge applicabile. Prendi atto che Apple non ha alcun obbligo di fornire servizi di manutenzione o assistenza per l'App. Per assistenza scrivi a tikituka.games@gmail.com.
L'App è fornita “così com'è” e “come disponibile”, senza garanzie di alcun tipo nei limiti massimi consentiti dalla legge applicabile. Nella misura in cui esista per legge una garanzia non derogabile, TikiTuka Games ne è l'unica responsabile. In caso di mancata conformità dell'App a una garanzia applicabile, puoi informare Apple e Apple ti rimborserà l'eventuale prezzo di acquisto dell'App; nei limiti massimi consentiti dalla legge, Apple non ha alcun altro obbligo di garanzia rispetto all'App, e ogni altra pretesa, perdita, responsabilità, danno, costo o spesa attribuibile alla mancata conformità a una garanzia è di esclusiva responsabilità di TikiTuka Games.
TikiTuka Games, e non Apple, è responsabile della gestione di qualsiasi reclamo tuo o di terzi relativo all'App o al suo possesso e/o utilizzo, inclusi a titolo esemplificativo: (i) reclami di responsabilità da prodotto; (ii) reclami per mancata conformità dell'App a requisiti legali o regolamentari applicabili; (iii) reclami fondati sulla normativa a tutela dei consumatori, sulla privacy o su normative simili.
L'App, inclusi codice, grafica, nome, logo, suoni e musiche, è di proprietà di TikiTuka Games o dei suoi licenzianti ed è protetta dalle leggi sulla proprietà intellettuale. In caso di reclamo di terzi secondo cui l'App o il tuo possesso e utilizzo dell'App violino diritti di proprietà intellettuale di terzi, TikiTuka Games, e non Apple, sarà l'unica responsabile di indagine, difesa, transazione ed estinzione del reclamo.
Dichiari e garantisci che (i) non ti trovi in un Paese soggetto a embargo del Governo degli Stati Uniti o designato dal Governo degli Stati Uniti come Paese che “supporta il terrorismo”; e (ii) non sei incluso in alcun elenco del Governo degli Stati Uniti di soggetti vietati o soggetti a restrizioni.
Nell'uso dell'App devi rispettare i termini contrattuali di terze parti applicabili. L'App utilizza Google AdMob, il cui uso è soggetto ai Termini di Servizio e alle Norme sulla Privacy di Google. Il nostro trattamento dei dati è descritto nella nostra Informativa sulla Privacy.
Tu e TikiTuka Games prendete atto e convenite che Apple e le sue controllate sono terzi beneficiari dei presenti Termini e che, con la tua accettazione dei Termini, Apple avrà il diritto (e si riterrà che lo abbia accettato) di far valere i presenti Termini nei tuoi confronti in qualità di terzo beneficiario.
Nei limiti massimi consentiti dalla legge applicabile, TikiTuka Games non sarà responsabile per danni indiretti, incidentali, speciali, consequenziali o punitivi, né per perdita di dati o profitti, derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di usare l'App. Nulla nei presenti Termini esclude o limita responsabilità che non possono essere escluse o limitate dalla legge applicabile, inclusi i diritti inderogabili dei consumatori.
I presenti Termini sono efficaci fino alla loro risoluzione. I tuoi diritti ai sensi dei Termini cessano automaticamente in caso di violazione; in tal caso devi cessare ogni uso dell'App ed eliminarla. Possiamo ritirare o aggiornare l'App in qualsiasi momento.
Potremmo modificare periodicamente i presenti Termini. Le modifiche sostanziali saranno indicate dall'aggiornamento della data di entrata in vigore in cima alla pagina. L'uso continuato dell'App dopo l'entrata in vigore delle modifiche costituisce accettazione dei Termini aggiornati.
I presenti Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana, fatte salve le tutele inderogabili dei consumatori del tuo Paese di residenza. Per le controversie è competente il foro del consumatore ove previsto dalla legge, altrimenti il foro italiano competente.
